Player and Carer Risk and Injury
Agreeing to play for Legends or in any of our tournaments means that you agree to participate in a contact sport that may cause personal injury.  We at Legends Soccer are not liable for any personal injury of a player or carer or family member unless there is a clear breach of duty of care.  At all times ONLY  players, coaches and managers are allowed on the field, this is to help avoid injury of all involved.      
By enrolling in any Legends Soccer program I agree to and understand the following:
1) I understand that if my enrolment for my child/children in any Legends Soccer program and activity is accepted that I agree to this release, waiver of liability, indemnity and consent as set out herein. I hereby release and indemnify Legends Soccer and its affiliates (officers, servants and agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, participants, parents, venues and stakeholders) from all claims, costs, proceedings, liabilities and expenses arising from or in any way connected with my child's participation in Legends Soccer programs and activities. 
2)  My child will participate at their own risk, and I accept all risks associated with the activity including injury, permanent incapacitation, death, loss and damage.
3)  Participation in Legends Soccer classes and events does not include Personal Injury Insurance.
4) My child will wear suitable and appropriate clothing, footwear and equipment.
5) I understand that participation is of a physical nature. I declare as a condition of participation, that my child has sufficient personal fitness to be able to safely participate and that I am not aware of any illness, injury, disability or condition which may preclude my child from participating and/or cause my child injury, death or loss while participating in Legends Soccer programs and activities.
 
Payment
All fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of any of our programs.  Please ensure that your payments are made on time.
 
Refund policy
For cancellations more than 7 days before the start of any program, your booking amount, minus a 10% admin fee, will be offered in the form of a credit note to be used at any Legends program. This credit note will be valid for 2 years from when it is offered. For cancellations less than 7 days before the start of a program, a refund / credit note will not be given, unless in extreme circumstances decided at our discretion and to include a 30% admin fee.  Our trials, teams and tournaments take a great deal of time, effort and costs to organise and run, this is what the admin fee will go towards as well as the time and marketing to replace your player.

Behaviour
Legends soccer promotes good sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork.  Players and parents are expected to respect their coach, team mates, officials and other parents at all times.  Anti-social behaviour to children or in front of children will not be tolerated.
 
Players 
Tournament players must be in appropriate uniform at all training sessions and games. Holiday camp members are encouraged to wear their favourite team jerseys.
Players are expected to listen to their coaches and follow instruction.  Players are asked to respect the coach at all times.  Players learn far more when they are listening instead of talking.
Legends Soccer will not tolerate any anti-social behaviour. Players are expected to encourage and help their team mates and to respect  their opposition at all times. At the end of each game they are to shake their opponents hands and thank them for the game. Players must respect the decision of the referee

Parents 
Please encourage and cheer during games. Allow the coaches to do their job during training sessions and game time.

Please refrain from questioning the referee’s decision  and arguing with other spectators or players.  
Remember Legends Soccer's core values of sportsmanship and fair play.  The examples we set shape the players we develop.

Photos and Images
Photos may be taken during our events and games, these images may be used on our social media pages, website and marketing material.  If you would not like your player's face to be seen in photos please contact us directly.
